“With The Most Advanced Neuroplasticity Method, Now Anyone Can Effectively Achieve the Brain Changes Needed to Stop Your Eating Disorder, Forever.”

There is a CURE for your Eating Disorder it’s called - Neuroplasticity.

My Dear Friend
My name is Dr Irina Webster MD and I suffered from an eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia) for nearly 15 years of my life. I have also worked with many hundreds of eating disorder sufferers to
help them to conquer their condition.
From my personal experience I can say that often eating disorders are misunderstood by many doctors.

Dr. Sam Dambrocia:
It's the first time I've run across your work. I've been working for over 30 years with individuals with eating disorders anorexia, bulimia. I like your suggestions, they are simple, to the point and I have tried them and I've noticed in my clients, they work!

They fail to spot an eating disorder or follow guidance
on how ED’s should be treated that is not correct.

Most doctors do their best for their patients but many don’t know how to help eating disorder suffers because the system does not teach them up to date methods.

What you will find here on this site is the latest research to help you beat your Eating disorder.

                                          Personal message from Dr Irina

My eating disorder started when I was 13. It was probably triggered by bulling at school: I was called “fatty” very often and laughed at especially when I was at PE lesson running or doing exercises.

My parents also started to tell me that I was a bit “porky” and need to lose some weight. I remember all these comments upset me so much and I felt guilty for the way I was.

I started to hate myself.

I hated my own body and wanted to become slim as soon as possible.

All through high school I had a lot of issues with my body, I didn't feel like I fitted in and I always wanted to be like everybody else and I didn't like who I was. I already had a negative view of myself being bigger, but bulling made me feel a lot worse. So basically all through high school I was just dieting.

After I left school and went to university (medical school), then things started to get pretty bad. I started to label foods as good and bad and I refused to eat any bad food. I thought this was what every normal healthy person did. But basically over time I really began to restrict what I ate.

When I was at my worst, at my lowest, I probably would just have a cup of black coffee, I would probably be sucking on some sweets and if I really had to eat something it would probably be one

apple and maybe a carrot or two. The lowest weight I got to was 48 kilos.

I even fainted several times from the pressure I put my body under.

Soon, I started to realize that I can’t continue like that any longer and I must start eating again. At first, I forced myself to eat but later I found that every time I ate I couldn’t stop and went into binging.

It became my ritual when I didn’t eat much at all during the day and had a huge binge at night when I was alone.  I binged lots of foods until I was so full that couldn’t even breath and all my binges ended up with purging by vomiting.

All the treatments I went through seemed to be missing something – they didn’t change the way I feel and sense. So I continued to use bulimia to make up for the feelings I wanted to experience but couldn’t.

I knew it was bad for me (I was studying to be a doctor for God sake!) but I couldn’t stop because that way I felt that I was in control of myself and my emotions . (the truth was that my ED was in control -not me of course) .

Later on I decided to ask for help and visited a number of doctors, psychologist and counsellors. Success was very little. In fact I got disappointed even more then I was before. All the treatments I went through seemed to be missing something important – they didn’t change the way I feel and sense. So, I continued with my bulimia to make for the feelings and senses I wanted to experience but couldn’t.

My struggles with food continued on for nearly 15 years until one day I realized that my relationship with food was an exact mirror of my feelings about love, fear, anger, meaning, transformation and even soul.

Then I also discovered Neuroplasticity which is the ability of the brain to change itself in respond to feelings and actions.

That was my revelation and a huge step towards my recovery.

The discovery of neuroplasticity, that our thoughts can change

Dr Norman Doidge

the structure and function of our brains, even into old age,

is the most important breakthrough in our understanding of the

brain in four hundred years

Neuroplasticity is about changing the structure and function of the brain. And in my opinion is the only thing that will stop an eating disorder. You see, neuroplasticity can erase the eating disorder messages installed in the brain by the ED, and embed new ones which are positive and constructive.

The power of Neuroplasticity allows you to do that. It is only a matter of knowing about this natural ability and knowing the correct way and methods to use it.

In my new book “Cure Your ED: 5 Steps Program to Change your Brain” I describe a step by step method proven on many hundreds of people myself included, on how to use Neuroplasticity to change your brain for the better and to stop your ED for good. But more importantly, to get your life back.

What are the 5 Neuroplasticity Steps that will stop any Eating Disorder (even the most long standing ones)?
Eating disorder book for a cure.
The 1st step: Believe that you can stop your bulimia disorders.
Do exercises to begin changing the way your mind works.

2nd step: Re- Identify.
Recognize the false nature of your bulimia disorder thoughts.

3rd step: Re-Symbolize.
Escape from loop thinking that feeds the bulimia disorder.

4th step: Re-Direct.
Defeat recurrent thoughts that give power to the bulimia disorder.

5th step: Re-Evaluate.
De-value and ignore harmful urges until they start to fade away.

Once you learn and practice these 5 steps your eating disorder will start to fade away.

The book will make you able to:

- Make permanent positive changes to the structure and function of your brain associated with stopping  eating disorder behaviours.

- Stop the little voices in the head that tell you to starve or binge and purge.

-      Change your feelings and sensations to the best so that you don’t have to use an eating disorder to make up for them.

- Stop the “broken eye syndrome” – when you see a fat person in a mirror when you are actually very slim.

- Have control over your anorexic or bulimic thoughts and be able to tune them out of their brain.

- Restore your feelings of hunger and of fullness sensations.

- Restore your self-esteem, feelings of control and decision-making abilities.

These are very specific results you’ll likely to enjoy soon after reading the book “Cure Your Eating Disorder: 5 Steps Program to Change Your Brain. Neuroplasticity Approach.”

Neuroplasticity is not a “magic pill”. Neuroplasticity is pure Neuroscience.

Sometimes when I describe all the amazing benefits of Neuroplasticity , some people are tempted to think it’s some sort of a “magic pill” and that simply can’t live up to all the spectacular claims. (Since Neuroplasticity is based on pure Neuroscience , nothing could be further from the truth).

On the other hand, if don’t explain in details all the ways that Neuroplasticity will change your life, you might not realize how beneficial the power of Neuroplasticity will be to you and  accidently let this important opportunity to benefit from Neuroplasticity slip through your hands.

The powerful benefits of Neuroplasticity come from its ability to constantly change your brain. Because of Neuroplasticity your brain is going to change anyway, it is a scientific fact, so why not change it the way you want, instead of the way the Eating Disorder wants?

Dr. Jeffrey M. Schwartz is a research psychiatrist at the School of Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles and one of the world’s leading experts in neuroplasticity said:

Dr. Jeffrey M. Schwartz
...Neuroplasticity refers to the ability of neurons to forge new connections, to blaze new paths through the cortex, even to assume new roles.

In shorthand, neuroplasticity means rewiring of the brain...

Hundreds of research studies have proven that using Neuroplasticity in  the correct way will:

-   -Create new neural pathways in the brain, which are responsible for new positive behaviours instead of the old negative ones (binging, purging, starving, drug abuse and etc.)

-   -Release of dysfunctional mental and emotional patterns (anger, fear, anxiety, depression, sadness, substance abuse, self limitations, etc) – even those that have stubbornly resisted other methods...

-   -Increase mental abilities , creativity, focus and concentration (how much decreased they were by your eating disorder) .

-   -Dramatically reduce stress (eating disorders are often triggered by stress).

-   -Increase production of important chemicals in the brain (the lack of those cause all sorts of mental and emotional problems).

-Increase the overall happiness level (which now significantly reduced by your eating disorder

Do you want to enjoy peace of mind?

“Do I see changes? YES! I am calmer than I ever was and in control of my previously distractive feelings and thoughts.

Good things have happen, I don’t get crazy about the food, and only a short time ago I would have been upset. I don’t need to be bulimic any more as I got rid of all reasons to use bulimia.

I had my bulimia as a compensations for the feelings I longed but since I can get the feelings I need using other ways I stopped my binging-purging for good.

Every time I start thinking negative I can immediately catch myself and turn the bad thinking off using “steps exercises “ you taught me to do.

Bulimia voices came down to the point that I stopped hearing them. My brain function is different now!!!! And it all because of this amazing power called Neuroplasticity

Hi Dr Irina.
I meant to say it aloud but because of my important job I want to stay anonymous as it wouldn’t be good if anyone knew I had bulimia for so long.

I agree that neuroplasticity such a powerful tool that I have been able to not only stop my binging-purging behaviour but also get more focused and motivated at my work, be happy inside and change my self-talk from negative to positive.

I am very happy that I learnt about Neuroplasticity and how to use it to your benefits.  Like you, I truly believe that only by using Neuroplasticity we can create significant changes in the brain which associated with eliminating the eating disorder from your life for good.

It is so great that there are people like you, Irina , who educate people about natural ability of our brains neuroplasticity and what they can do with it following the right method.

Thank you very much for that.
Sincerely.
M.P. Philadelphia

At last I am free of my ED

Dr Irina.
Once again, I am getting emotional thinking about what you have done for me. Even with stresses of everyday life I am so excited that I really am happy with myself, my family...You have given me a gift like no other...freedom from my eating disorder.

 Hi Dr Irina.

I am teaching my daughter about Neuroplasticity now and I can see how she is improving.  She has become calmer and focused more on her studies instead of counting calories and making healthy food lists.

I wish I knew about Neuroplasticity earlier so we could have avoided all the troubles we had with Jenny in the last 5 years. Now I feel like I have hope and a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you very much for helping us.

Your book has made all the difference,

Dear Dr Irina
Thank you for sending me your book. I have had this problem for 36 years bought your book and I am doing really well with the advice you have given in book.

I am finding it has helped so much. If I find I start getting bad again I put into practice what you have said about being positive and taking a step back and using the impartial spectator.

I am also making sure when I eat to have protein with each meal and this is definitely helping.
Thanks again for your book I cannot say enough on how much it has helping me I thought I was going to go to my grave with this addiction now I can see a light at the end of the tunnel

With Appreciation

Dr. Irina,
I have started reading your book and just want to say how very thankful I am to have found your resources. Thank you for doing this work...you just have no idea how very grateful I am to have found something that provides hope for this horrible problem (bulimia).

With appreciation,

You see by the above statements, the brain can change itself. It is a plastic, living organ that can actually change its own structure and function into even old age. The brain is not, as was thought, like a machine, or “hardwired” like a computer.

As you probably know that brain governs all our behaviours, feelings and senses. People behave in a certain way and feel in a certain way because there are special brain pathways in their heads which are responsible for these thoughts.

By changing the brain pathways we can change any behaviour we want to change.  The same is true with eating disorder behaviours – by changing the binging, purging, starving pathways in the brain we can change the abnormal behaviours.

And it is what my book is all about: 5 Step program to change your brain and cure your eating disorders for good.
